Centre & Main - Sesame Za’atar (Dark Chocolate)

This is a bronze medal winner of the International Chocolate Awards, 2019 Canadian Competition.

We begin this bar by blending Lebanese tahini directly into our 70% dark chocolate.  The bar is then sprinkled with sesame seeds and flavoured with the wonderful za’atar spice blend from The Humble Herb. Local, organic herbs and foraged sumac – divine.

This is a rich, complex bar – wonderful on its own but also a great addition to cheese plates and charcuterie boards.
